Some people call me Yu-Jeong which is my actual first name or YJ or Yu-Ji or yuz or something really weird.. Oh I remember Jess called me tomato....... O Kacie named me Laffytaffy once too!! what else?? Hmm, Kayla and some random guys call me a LAMA....aww I hate it. Who likes to be an weird animal that people have never heard of?(At least I've never heard of it) Not me for sure... I think that's pretty much it. I wanna be called Ryan though. I think it's kinda a cool name for a girl. What do u think?!?!? If you think so, call me Ryan from now on! lol Faith would be my interest. My dreams and future would be too.

Hi, there! How's everyone doing?

I've been busy and many things have happened.

I met Holley and Jessica at the mall and had a good time w/ them! Oh, I also ran into Pastor Runion and Lori on that day. Running into people from Alcester is always fun and suprising, of course.

And I've been really sick. I had a flu not a long ago and I now have a cold. sucks to be sick. GRR  u know, I love skipping school, but I hate getting tons of makeup stuff.

And... I made the musical, which is the Fiddler on the Roof. we had our first practice two days ago and there was one today, which I couldn't go because of my stupid cold.

And.... what else? OH, I got accepted to SDSU and Augustana. I don't know which one to go yet. I just might go to college in Korea. Nothing is decided yet.

I wonder how everyone's doing! Sorry for this late update and please keep in touch w/ me..... u know i luv y'all

So, yeah. I guess I'm updating! :D Sorry, guys. I've been real crazy busy thesedays. I had semester tests from Wed to today. We got 'em done finally! YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS

AND GUESS WHAT?!!??! TODAY IS MY 18TH BIRTHDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OMG........ that's unbelievable.

So, as soon as I saw my locker this morning, I was screaming as loud as my alarm clock. My locker was decorated beatifully. Gab, Martha(lol), and Ashlee came up to me and gave me warm hugs, saying Happy Birthday. It was just... amazing. I heart my friends, I must say.

Then, I opened my locker, and it was full of ballons and candies. awwwwwwwww. It was so cute even though I was asking myself WHO knew my locker combination. lol

After we got outta school, we went to Huhot, which is the most awesome place to eat ever. We took pictures and stuff. Then, we went to a movie and to a dessert place which I apparently don't know the name of. Then, I remebered I had to make a call to Molly. So, I called and I felt like I kinda got in trouble... So, I came home. lol

Now I'm just killing time till Molly gets done w/ making my tasty birthday cake and Ken gets home. I guess we are gonna go out to eat! :D And tomorrow, HyeJin and BK will come over to my house and make a Korean lunch for me. I'm so pumped!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I remember my 17th birthday I had w/ my lovely Anderton family. It was such a good time.

Gosh, I feel so blessed now. I've met a lot of nice ppl here in America. u know.. I didn't even know how to speak English at all when I got here first, and I got really homesick. But, now I'm having wonderful relationships with nice ppl and my 18th birthday with them. I'm so blessed. I'm so blessed. Thank you, God.

So!!!!!!!!! If one of the Andertons see this, remember. I still have presents for you guys for Christmas. (SIGH) I wanna give you guys these presents and thank you guys for the past year. Would you come get these, please?!?!?! :D :D :D Peace out-

A sonnet written by Yu-Jeong Kim

I frantically walked on lots of other ways

Just not to come in your view

But those ways actually had been made towards you

When I walked alone in a haze

The star which shined above my eyes

Might fly to you and sparkle like dew

And the stream of breath might sway flowers in hue

Leaning towards you all the days

In a day my mind behaves ficklely

From humiliation to love, from love to humiliation

Although I still walk on many different routes

I finally realize my life is a formation

that is made just for you perfectly

and far away from any other short cuts

WHAT DO YOU THINK?!?!

So... Hi, everyone! how ya'll doin?!?!

this weekend was quiet fun! I went St. Paul to visit St.Thomas and UM and to go to (almost) cousin's wedding!!

we drove there right after school on friday. it took 4 and half hours to get there... long drive huh.... we arrived at 10:30 pm. as soon as we got there, we just went to bed right away cuz we were all tired and stuff.

Then, on Saturday.. we got up and met grandma McCarthy! she was so friendly and fun!! then we went down to eat breakfast.. omg the hotel was like a paradise.. I've never seen a better hotel than the one. there was a huge swimming pool and a hot tub thingy...... we didn't get any chances to swim there though cuz we were so busy!!!.. sadness!!! o well .......... Then we headed to the University of Saint Thomas. we had a tour with Katie Cink who is a sophomore at St.Thomas. we walked around and went into the dorm, cafeteria and such! But I don't think I wanna go to St. Thomas... cuz the dorm was kinda disgusting and the campus was not pretty... can it be a reason for that?!!? o well... then we went to the University of Minnesota which is in Minneapolis. we just drove by it and omg it was a huge campus!!!! i heard that 30000 people go there. unbelievable. unbelievable. you know.. I just went to AHHS last year which has only 150 students.... unbelievable.

Then, we went to the wedding of Julia and Brian who is my almost cousin. it was held at Basilica which is really huge marvelous beautiful church ever!!!! Of course I met so many people there. All cousins, aunts, uncles... wow.. don't expect me to remember all those names.. I dont wanna get a headache.... the interesting thing was my almost uncle, Kevin adopted 3 korean kids. one is Alex who's freshman in college, another one is Maggie whose age is same as mine, the other one is Connor who's freshman in High school. I felt really weird and sad. because they know they're korean but they don't know anything about korean culture and language and stuff. Of course I know it's natural b/c they were adopted when they were babies. But.. I don't know.. I felt really sad for them.

After the wedding, There was a reception thingy. Needless to say, I met so many new people there as well. I met this guy whose name is Nathan. he graduated from Boston University and has no job yet. the reason why i got to know him is that.... ok. I got to sit with him at same table b/c of the weirdest seating system (ever) of the reception. I told him my name and stuff and, all of a sudden, he was yelling "ARE YOU KOREAN!?!??!" so i was like yeah.. sure.... and he was like "I was teaching English in Korea for 3 years" with all excited voice. haha so yeah... he was at my friend's high school teaching English. interesting huh-- he knew some korean and tried to communicate with Korean. funny. but.. u know... he was hot. Im not just saying it just because he knew some korean and tought English to my friend. he was hot---- lol but he had his girlfriend there so.. whatever.

so yeah. I also met some guys from New York, Omaha, Boston, and somewhere else... even from England! hehee so the reception was fun. it was fun to watch people who were drunk and danced around w/ random persons. funny funny..

on Sunday-  we went to Mall of American for like 1 and half hour and headed home. I got home around 6:30 and had tons of homeworks. dang. i finished all anyways.

I hate mondays. today's monday. awww- so... yup. school was just school. had psychology test and bunches of assignments...................................................................... i g2g to finish those! hope you guys are doin better than I am at school!

luv ya all~~~~~    YJ
